We offer a range of packages to allow us to be as flexible as possible. Not everyone wishes for a full lawn treatment and regular cutting, and there maybe times when a simple cut is all that is required. Our company is small enough to allow us to take on even the smallest jobs, yet still be able to deliver on larger contracts.

Our aim is to accomodate the customer as well as possible. Rather than simply tell you what you need, we will discuss your requirements on a one-to-one basis and agree a plan of work, taking into consideration both the customer's needs and our views on how best to acheive your request.

»Just Cut: the basic service, with just the grass being cut. We tailor this service to provide either one-off cuts on an ad-hoc basis, or we more than happy to provide a regular, repeat cutting service through out the year. Just let us know what suits you better.
»Just TLC: While grass grows well naturally, for a lush lawn it will benefit greatly from regular feeds throughout the year. To achieve that deep, rich green colour and improved growth, we offer differing lawn feeds to complement each season:

• SPRING TLC : We use a non-toxic, iron rich feed to help green up the lawn during the early growing season. The feed also helps discourage weeds & disease and is non-scorching.

• SUMMER TLC : Moving into summer, and the feed is changed - this time it contains a high magnesium content for better colour enhancement. The feed tends to be slow release, thus providing the grass with additional nutrients over a longer period of time.

• AUTUMN & WINTER TLC : Even with cooler temperatures during the autumn and winter seasons, your grass can still benefit from feeding. We would apply a lawn feed that is high in potassium, which helps the grass withstand the colder conditions.

• SCARIFICATION : This process helps remove "thatch" from the lawn. We use a spcialist piece of equipement that effectively deep rakes the grass to lift and remove the problem thatch. Thatch is a build-up of organic matter which can include, dead grass leaves, stems, stolons, rhizomes and overcrowded grass roots and lateral weed growth. Thatch can stifle the growth and health of grass or turf. Removing the thatch helps the grass by encouraging it to thicken up and also makes it stronger and less susceptible to disease. Reducing thatch levels increases the levels of water, air and nutrients that can get through to the root zone of the grass plants. Significant thatch problems in lawns can cause diseases and can encourage moss to grow in the areas where grass has died [ref].

• AERATION : Specialist machiney is used to puncture the soil with spikes or remove small cores, depending on the size of area to be treated. Both techniques will help improve aeration of the soil and drainage, which therefore helps water and nutrient ingress to the grass roots. This in turn helps to encourage root growth, relieves soil compaction, reduces moss regrowth and thatch build up.
